Account data: Name, email address, and password hash when you register.

Order data: Shipping address, phone number, and order details when you purchase.

Payment data: Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card numbers or CVVs.

Usage data: Basic analytics such as pages visited and device type, collected via anonymous tools.

• Printrove — for order fulfilment (your name, address, and order details)
• Razorpay — for payment processing
• Vercel / Neon — infrastructure hosting

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We use essential session cookies for authentication (NextAuth). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes — your plain-text password is never stored or accessible to us.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us at support@drip.store. Account deletion removes your profile and associated data within 30 days.

We retain order records for 3 years for accounting and legal purposes. Account data is retained until you request deletion.

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
