Terms of Service

By accessing or using DRIP ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

All products are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

An order is confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including payment fraud, stock issues, or errors in product descriptions.

Payments are processed by Razorpay and are subject to their terms of service.

All DRIP products are manufactured individually after each order. Minor variations in colour, placement, or texture are inherent to the print-on-demand process and do not constitute defects.

All designs, graphics, logos, and content on the DRIP platform are the intellectual property of DRIP and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Resell DRIP products without authorisation
• Submit false or fraudulent orders

DRIP's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
