Shipping Policy

All DRIP products are made on demand. Once you place an order, our fulfilment partner begins printing your garment. Processing typically takes 2–3 business days before dispatch.

Domestic (India): 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, courier delays, or remote pin codes. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

We offer free shipping on all orders within India. No minimum order value required.

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also track your order at any time using our Track Order page.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you. Re-shipping charges may apply.

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout — we cannot redirect packages once dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@drip.store within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
