Our Policy

Because every DRIP product is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of incorrect size selection, change of mind, or minor colour variation.

We stand fully behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was shown, we will replace it at no charge.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for:

  • Items delivered with visible print defects or quality issues
  • Wrong item received (different product, size, or colour from order)
  • Packages damaged in transit (with photographic evidence)

How to Raise a Return

Email us at support@drip.store with:

  • Your order number (format: ORD-YYYYMMDD-XXXX)
  • A clear photograph of the defect or issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We aim to respond within 24 business hours and resolve eligible claims within 7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Razorpay processing times may add 2–3 additional days depending on your bank.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned beyond the 7-day window
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
